having area of 141,000 square km. This region extends from Georgia

Gumushane, Zonguldak, Rize, Giresun, Samsun, Kastamonu, Ordu, Amasya.
The Black Sea Region is divided into 3 seconds based on its
geography i.e. eastern Black Sea Region, central Black Sea Region
and western Black Sea Region.
The people in this region basically earn from the land. This region
is rich in producing agricultural products. Corn is quite abundant
in this region. The Black Sea Region contributes in producing one
third corn in Turkey. Though wheat is also produced in this region
but it is mainly sown in the coastal mountains. The places where
rice is grown are Boyabat, Yesilirmak deltas, Tosya and Kizilirmak.
Barley is also grown in some of the areas of this region. Beans and
sugar beets are also one of the most produced here. Other important
crops of the region are potatoes, sunflowers, onions and onions.
These are mostly grown at the eastern side of the Black Sea Region.

Hazelnuts are considered to be one of the most popular fruits
produced in the Black Sea Region. The coastal side of the region is
full of hazelnut trees. These trees start from the Rize section and
become dense in Trabzon. Furthermore when you reach to Giresun and
Ordu, you will find even more hazelnut trees. Every region of Turkey
has some specialty and thus hazelnuts are the specialty of the Black
Sea Region.
Other than the hazelnut trees, apples are also grown in the Black
Sea Region. Recently fruits such as avocado and kiwi have also
started to grow in this region.
When we talk about visiting The Black Sea Region then people mostly
think that there probably would be some black sea to visit and
nothing more. However, this is not the case, there are many amazing
locations in this region which are extremely beautiful. It must be
